We have just released a new version of our popular hotel theme Kea Resort. The new version is based on the Ignition Framework and offers customization options which make it an ideal choice for hotels, motels, resorts, rental properties and anyone else in the hospitality sector. Based on the Ignition Framework
The Ignition Framework plugin brings to Kea all the flexibility and control it provides to its users. Bundled you will find dozens of customization options for colors, typography, site, header & footer layout, customization options for post listings and many more to tailor the theme to your needs. Additionally the plugin provides the Accommodation custom post type and any related templates, third party plugin integrations and many more. This clear separation of tasks makes Kea lightweight and easy to customize.
Accommodation custom post type
The accommodation post type serves as a blank canvas on which you can build great showcases for your rooms, studios, villas, suites and other domiciles. Use your favorite WordPress provided blocks, and third party ones like the ones provided by GutenBee, our free custom blocks plugin, to create unique content for each of your accommodation items. Booking on your own terms
Booking is a very important aspect of any hotel and with Kea we wanted to allow you to continue working with your favorite tools. if you are already using an external booking service just grab their embed code and paste it in any page you like, if you prefer using WordPress booking plugins (or even handle bookings through WooCommerce, since Kea is compatible) go right ahead, finally if all you need is a simple availability request form you can also do that, create the form with your preferred contact form plugin and paste it in any page.
Video and slideshow homepages
